Everybody in the gaming community is so excited today as Blizzard releases Diablo III today. A sequel to Diablo II, the game was highly anticipated since it was announced for development 4 years ago.
Every social networking sites have been plagued by countless Diablo III related posts. Memes have also been flooding the internet as the release has been postponed for a number of times.
As for me, as much as I would like to get the game now and install it, my computer needs to be upgraded first since the requirements is overwhelming for my old computer and might play a little bit of Diablo II for the mean time.
Right now, I'll share a video clip featuring the unending battle between angels and demons thousands of years before the first game. The video shows the story how the Angiris Council led the battle against hell's minions. The Angiris Council consists of five senior Archangels who govern and administrate the laws and rules by which all other Angels abide. They are in fact the heaven counterpart of the three Prime Evils of the Burning Hells.
The members are as follows:
- Tyrael - Archangel of Justice
- Auriel - Archangel of Hope
- Malthael - Archangel of Wisdom
- Imperius - Archangel of Valor
- Itherael - Archangel of Fate
Among the five we are most familiar with Tyrael who was shown in Diablo II. He was the only one who was known to interfere with the humans. He was responsible for the destruction of the corrupted World Stone as featured in the expansion set of Diablo II.
The video might set some back-story for Diablo III as they encounter one of the three Prime Evils, Diablo.
